We are looking for an organized and dependable HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day employee administration and onboarding activities.

In this role, you will help maintain employee records, coordinate onboarding tasks, prepare HR documentation, and assist employees and managers with general HR-related questions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure information is accurate, processes are completed on time, and new team members have a positive onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding activities
• Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
• Supporting the preparation of employment-related documents
• Assisting with HR system updates and data entry
• Responding to employee and manager questions
• Helping improve internal HR processes and documentation
• Ensuring assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Comfortable working with online systems and Microsoft Office
• Previous HR or administrative experience is preferred but not required

This is a full-time remote position.
