Exercise Specialist

Exercise Specialist $16.00-$24.00/hour | Part-Time Days | Location: Wesley Willows | Rockford, IL What You’ll Do Conduct fitness and aquatic classes, personal training, and wellness assessments. Plan, implement, and evaluate fitness programs that promote healthy lifestyles. Track resident participation and sustain engagement through motivation and new initiatives. Ensure safe, clean facilities and maintain exercise equipment with preventative care. Participate in ongoing professional development and support departmental goals as needed.
