Director of Marketing and Communications

Marketing Strategy & Execution o Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with enrollment, advancement, and institutional goals. o Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that support student recruitment, community engagement, and donor development. o Manage digital marketing efforts, including website strategy, email campaigns, social media, paid advertising, and SEO. o Oversee brand identity and ensure consistent application across all platforms and materials. o Monitor and analyze marketing performance, using data to refine strategy and improve outcomes. o Manage external vendors and creative resources, including design, videography, and advertising partners. Communications o Establish and maintain a clear, consistent messaging framework across all school communications. o Oversee the creation and distribution of key communications, including newsletters, press releases, announcements, and promotional content. o Lead storytelling efforts that effectively communicate the mission, programs, and community life of the school. o Manage public relations efforts to enhance the school's visibility and reputation. o Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. o Partner with school leadership and departments to meet communication needs while maintaining message clarity and consistency. Programmatic Event Communications o Establish and manage a prioritization framework to determine the level of marketing support provided across events, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and available resources. o Own marketing and communications for school-wide and high-impact events that support enrollment growth, advancement efforts, or institutional positioning. o Partner with department leaders to provide communication planning, messaging, and campaign support for events with broader reach or strategic importance. o Provide guidance and consultation to departments for routine or smaller-scale events, including recommendations on messaging, timing, and communication channels. o Develop and maintain templates, toolkits, and communication standards to enable departments to execute event communications effectively and independently when appropriate. o Ensure all event-related communications are consistent with brand standards, messaging, and quality expectations. School Community o Establish communication between Frassati Catholic High School and local Catholic elementary schools and parishes o Flexible and responsive to change as the school grows o Be visible to the campus community o Find ways that the Director of Marketing & Communications can contribute to the building of the culture and community at Frassati Catholic Catholic Education & Spiritual Formation o Promote and uphold Gospel values, Catholic moral teaching, and the doctrinal teachings of the Catholic Church in all aspects of the role. o Foster a Catholic environment through leadership, service, and professional interactions. o Represent the school positively within the community and support its mission through daily responsibilities.
