Job Requirements and Duties As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift – cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, staffing, paperwork, food management, schedule adherence, image and standards, customer service, attendance, transport to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability. You must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
