Applewood Our House is hiring a dependable, high-energy Float QMAP to support our residential assisted living and memory care homes. You'll step into any of our households and provide seamless, compassionate care wherever you're needed most.
Pay & Benefits
- $20.50 – $23.00 per hour , which includes a $2.00/hr float premium
- +$1.00/hr overnight shift differential
- Medical, dental, vision, life, and accident insurance

What You'll Do
- Administer medications accurately and in full compliance with Colorado regulations
- Provide gentle, dignified help with activities of daily living (ADLs), adapting to each resident's needs
- Support residents living with dementia with patience and grace
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition or behavior to each home's team
What We're Looking For
- Current Colorado QMAP certification (required)
- Willingness to work at any Applewood Our House location
- Strong reliability, especially when covering urgent staffing needs
- Caregiving or memory care experience preferred
