Lifeguard (Part-Time) ???? Monroe Golf Club - Rochester, NYJoin one of Rochester's premier private clubs and help create a safe, enjoyable experience for our members and families. Established in 1923, Monroe Golf Club offers a welcoming environment and top-tier amenities in a beautiful setting.Pay: $16.50-$17.00/hour (based on experience)Why You'll Love Working Here:Free meals during your shiftGolf & tennis privilegesUniform providedSupportive, team-oriented environmentWhat You'll Do:Supervise pool activity and ensure all safety guidelines are followedEnforce pool rules and address unsafe behaviorRespond quickly to emergencies and rescue swimmers if neededProvide First Aid and administer CPR when necessaryMaintain a safe, clean, and organized pool areaReport directly to the Aquatics DirectorWhat We're Looking For:Strong attention to safety and responsibilityConfident decision-making in emergency situationsDependable and team-orientedCertified in CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)Comfortable working with members and families
