You will be responsible for guarding, patrolling, and monitoring premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. Additional responsibilities of the Detective include:Providing loss prevention support and awareness through policies, procedures, and personal involvementProviding surveillance and assisting police with apprehensions of shopliftersConducting store opening and closing proceduresPerforming safety audits, safety, and fire prevention and inspectionsAnswering alarm responsesPerforming insurance inspections and investigationsJob Requirements Successful candidates for the Detective role should have effective communication skills and the interpersonal skills required to work with customers, management, and coworkers.
