Position Summary Provide support to the Controller with Accounts Payable and all other Controller related tasks as requested Primary Job Responsibilities Process Accounts Payable daily / as needed Maintain general ledger accuracy and account reconciliations spreadsheets Assist in the HR department with safety, work comp claims, and onboarding Inventory preparation and participate in inventory counting Maintain COI logs and forward copies upon request Assist with weekly payroll processing Keep all excel spreadsheets up to date as invoices are received Process Account Payable checks twice week Required Qualifications 1+ years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills Comply with all industry privacy standards and data protection protocols We Offer Paid time off; including vacation days, sick days, and nine paid holidays Company-paid life insurance 401k Employee Assistance Program Superior Home Products is a Missouri-owned and operated company, serving the St. Louis metro area since 1984.
