Associate Attorney

The attorney will manage family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support, from consultation to resolution. Duties Handle family law cases, including divorce, custody, and support. Draft pleadings, motions, and agreements. Conduct legal research and manage case files. Communicate regularly with clients and provide legal advice. Develop case strategies and negotiate settlements. Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and compassionate service. Requirements Demonstrated knowledge of law and strong interest in family law. Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice. Strong research skills for relevant case law and statutes. Effective negotiation skills for settlements and support arrangements. Excellent written and oral communication skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and empathy. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines. Prior experience in family law litigation or clerkship preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
