Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: CT Technologist\n Discipline: Allied Health Professional\n Start Date: 10/10/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Days, 3x12hrs\n Hours: 36 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Oct 10, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years experience and ARRT(R)(CT) certification for a Level II trauma center setting.Details\n \n CT Tech unit within an adult acute care hospital\n Emergency Department, ICU, and Level I/II Trauma work settings\n 3x12 hour Friday-Sunday day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM\n No on-call requirements\n Holiday coverage required\n Uses GE CT equipment\n Epic charting system experience preferred\n Requirements\n \n Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience\n ARRT(CT), ARRT(R), and BLS certifications required\n Wisconsin or Compact license required (pending license may be considered); license required if applicable\n Level II Trauma experience required, Level I Trauma experience preferred\n Teaching hospital and community hospital experience preferred\n Prior travel experience required, unless candidate has Level I or Level II trauma experience\n Proficiency in image display and post-processing including 3D rendering, MPR, and ROI measurement\n Experience with abdomen and pelvis studies including contrast, colorectal, and enterography imaging\n Experience with head and neck imaging including carotid, sinus, and trauma head studies\n Experience with spine and musculoskeletal imaging including trauma cases\n Experience with chest imaging including cardiac calcium scoring, coronary angiography, and vascular CTA\n Skilled in contrast media preparation and administration, radiation safety, peripheral IV starts, and venipuncture\n Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE protocols\n Cannot accommodate candidates with latex allergies\n Additional Information\n \n Perform CT imaging across a wide range of studies including abdomen, pelvis, chest, head, neck, spine, and musculoskeletal exams\n Special procedures may include aspirations, biopsies, brain perfusion, coronary CTA, drainage, and vascular CTA\n Support may be provided within a trauma-focused clinical environment\n Local candidates accepted at a lower pay rate\n First-time travelers not accepted unless they have prior Level I or Level II trauma experience\n Previous travelers may return only after a minimum 1-year separation from the facility\n Travel pairs accepted\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-760526.
