Project Coordinator/Inside Sales - Hydronic Equipment

Overview Project Coordinator/Inside Sales – Hydronic Equipment. Full‑time position with CFM Company, delivering HVAC and sheet metal solutions across Colorado and Eastern Wyoming. Supports outside sales personnel in selling products to mechanical contractors. Maintain a positive, "Can‑do" attitude with co‑workers and customers. Be courteous and professional. Assist salesperson and teammates; attend and participate in meetings. Project organization: estimating, take‑offs, product selection and pricing, quotations, submittals, order entry, project logs, accounting documentation for project billing, and project follow‑up (shipment tracking, IOMs/warranties). Develop manufacturer relationships as "Product Champion". Apply computer skills: Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Sales Office, BlueBeam Revu, manufacturer software and online programs. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, plus minimum two years related work experience, or Bachelor’s degree plus minimum one‑year related work experience. Relevant experience in general construction industry, quotations, project management, HVAC equipment representative or wholesale representative. Work Environment This role operates in a clerical office setting with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Physical Demands Primarily a sedentary role; requires some filing, lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Job Type and Hours Full‑time. Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Salary Salary ranges are dependent upon a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the specific role and location.
