Description:

Seeking a Senior Instructional Designer / Learning Developer to build highimpact visually exceptional learning for advanced technical audiences. This role is ideal for someone who can think like an engineer design like a motion artist and produce like a modern AIaccelerated creator.

You will work with complex technologies - hardware systems semiconductor workflows embedded software cloud platforms and technical engineering processes; and turn dense source material into clear elegant learning.

Responsibilities:

• Transform rough technical inputs (engineering notes SME interviews system diagrams) into polished videos animations simulations and learning assets

• Produce advanced motion graphics and animated explainers for highly technical concepts

• Use generative AI to accelerate scripting visual ideation prototyping and production

• Build interactive learning using Storyline Rise Captivate Camtasia or similar tools

• Create AIpowered learning experiences using Synthesia ElevenLabs Lottie and emerging media tools

• Publish and maintain content in Adobe Learning Manager and other enterprise LMS platforms

Job requirements

What We Need to See

• Strong technical background - comfortable working with complex systems across hardware semiconductors and software

• Ability to translate engineeringheavy content into clear structured learning

• High fluency in multimedia production motion design and technical visualization

• Curiosity speed and confidence using generative AI as part of your workflow

• Someone who thrives in fastmoving technical environments and can ship polished content quickly

• Fully remote - flexible global location

• Requires a few hours of daily overlap with U.S. Central Time
