As a Cook at Pulse (dba Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen), you will prepare delicious and high-quality food items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the finger-licking good experience they expect from Pulse. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food items according to Pulse recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including food preparation surfaces, cooking equipment, and utensils. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimize waste. Provide excellent customer service by fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently. Requirements: Ability to stand on your feet for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 8-10 hours. Capable of reaching overhead, bending, and lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs without assistance. Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality and presentation. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with team members. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts. Motivation to learn and follow directions. Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
