Job Description

Are you a compassionate, dedicated caregiver looking to make a real difference in seniors’ lives? A Place At Home – Denver Metro South provides exceptional in-home care and companionship, helping seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

We’re seeking caregivers in Centennial and surrounding areas to join our supportive team and deliver personalized, patient-focused care.

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver:

Assist seniors with personal care, medication reminders, and daily routines
Provide companionship and create a warm, nurturing environment
Support mobility, transportation, and engagement in appointments and activities
Communicate with clients, families, and the care team to ensure excellent care
Maintain accurate records of care provided

What We’re Looking For in a Caregiver:

Experience in in-home care OR strong passion for senior care
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused caregiver mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and adaptable to client needs
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
