We provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) with an emphasis on natural environment teaching paired with play-based approaches. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like: Develop individualized treatment plans for each client and communicate goals and progress updates with Behavior Technicians. Conduct and score initial and ongoing assessments using appropriate assessment tools. Train and supervise a caseload of Behavior Technicians and clients. Meet with Behavior Technicians outside of supervised hours to discuss their ongoing goals for clinical growth. Collaborate with other clinicians including Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists to coordinate the therapy of shared clients. Conduct parent meetings/trainings to ensure generalization of skills and empowerment of caregivers as active participants in their child’s growth Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children IN & OUT-center as necessary. Attend team and supervisory meetings as scheduled. Provide supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates if desired. Requirements: Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field required. BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required. Experience with children in an educational setting. Willingness to obtain license to practice ABA therapy in the state of New Jersey. Must submit to a federal and state background check.
