Director of Risk Management
Valley Hospital Medical Center
Valley Hospital Medical Center seeks a Director of Risk Management to lead the hospital’s risk, patient safety, and regulatory programs. This role develops, implements, and monitors risk mitigation strategies, incident reporting, and root cause analyses to enhance patient safety and quality of care. The director partners with clinical and administrative leaders to manage claims, ensure compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards, and guide staff education.
