THE JOB:

Ready to run the party? As a Nightlife Manager at MGM National Harbor , you'll lead the vibe, the energy, and the experience across our nightlife and cocktail venues. From packed dance floors to curated cocktails, you'll be the driving force behind unforgettable nights-where every shift feels like a headline event.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead and oversee daily beverage and nightlife operations across venues
• Drive guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional, on-brand service experiences
• Manage financial performance, including budgets, inventory levels, and cost controls
• Collaborate on and execute marketing strategies to boost revenue and engagement
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing beverage team
• Ensure smooth execution of schedules, staffing levels, and operational procedures
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations
• Oversee inventory and ordering for liquor, beer, wine, and supplies
• Stay deeply knowledgeable on all menu items, beverage offerings, and presentation standards

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years of age
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience (Preferred)

VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:
$63,800.00 - $85,000.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.
