The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of the store. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, store maintenance, managing payroll budgets, ensuring store standards and compliance, maintaining the front-end and exterior of the building, providing daily tasks to associates, organizing office areas, supporting the door to floor process, completing the monthly operational risk assessment, leading safety meetings, ensuring customer service standards, completing price changes, coaching and training associates, performing team leader functions, and assisting with hiring and onboarding.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, ability to manage in a professional work environment, sound judgment, confidentiality, accuracy, attention to detail, organization, communication, interpersonal and listening skills, positive attitude, physical requirements including lifting, pushing, pulling, standing, bending, twisting, gripping, reaching, pinching, squatting, kneeling, balancing, climbing, seeing, hearing, speaking, and operating a motor vehicle with a valid state issued license.
