Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist

Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with MEDHOST is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - Ability to work alone. - 1-2+ years of experience. - Critical care, neonatal, and general RT skills.
Unit Details: - Uses vents, BiPAPs, Vapotherm, and infant nasal CPAP. - Treats all age groups. - Common diagnoses/treatments include asthma, COPD, and premature infants.
Shift & Scheduling: - 6 days on and 8 off with 12 hour shifts. - Weekend hours are included in the 36 per week. - No call.
7 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
