Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, inspections, defects, and repairs performed on the fleet and maintain all relevant legal documentation. Ensure the onsite VMU (Vehicle Maintenance Unit) is communicated with regularly to keep fleet repair times to a minimum and assist the Transport Department in maximising fleet availability. Complete administrative tasks and reports as requested. Input fleet related documents onto spreadsheets and web‑based programmes. File all fleet related legal & compliance documentation. Audit the fleet – internal documentation and external physically. Perform administrative tasks regarding insurance, accidents, complaints. Compile daily reports and communicate findings. Complete small projects, identify and communicate results. Download fleet data from site vehicles. Account for all Vehicle related defects including rectification. Record all warranty repair work performed by manufacturers to ensure that the full-service history is maintained for all hire fleet. Skills & Experience Experience working in a similar environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Proficient with MS Office, i.e., Excel & Word. Mechanical background is desirable, not essential.
