Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring 3 years of experience, EPIC proficiency, and key OB certifications including NRP and AWHONN.

Details

• Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
• Manages patients in labor, attends deliveries, and circulates for C-sections
• Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (18:30–07:00)
• Every other weekend required
• Floating required to Postpartum (PP)
• EPIC EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active LA RN license or compact license currently in hand
• Required certifications: ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Advanced, and AWHONN Intermediate
• Minimum 3 years of L&D nursing experience required
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Supervisory reference dated within the last 12 months required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Any employment gaps of more than 30 days must be listed and explained

Additional Information

• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
• Former permanent employees of any LCMC facility must have been separated for at least 1 year to be eligible
• RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer for the duration of the contract
