Process renewals and plan adjustments during sales conversations, explaining updates clearly so clients are confident in their account changes. Identify account improvement opportunities by learning about family changes, device frustrations, or new usage habits through sales dialogue. Bridge communication between clients and sales teams, addressing issues with full context to speed up resolutions. Maintain a territory map that tracks renewal status, satisfaction levels, and account health to prioritize upcoming visits. Turn trusted account stewardship into sales momentum by recommending add‑ons or upgrades that genuinely improve daily connectivity. Qualifications of the Junior Account Manager A High school diploma or GED is preferred. Experience in client support, account management, or sales is a plus, but not required.
