Job Description

Join a leading healthcare organization in Missoula, western Montana, known for its quality pediatric services and advanced medical care. The position offers the opportunity to work in multiple departments, including ICU, ED, Med-Surg, and OP, within a teaching hospital accredited by the Joint Commission.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the ICU, ED, Med-Surg, and OP settings.
• Participate in patient assessments, care planning, and implementation of evidenced-based interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to pediatric and adult patients.
• Utilize de-escalation training such as Handle with Care to manage sensitive situations effectively.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Montana.
• Experience in ICU, ED, Med-Surg, or OP settings preferred.
• Formal training in de-escalation techniques is a plus.
