Construction Litigation Attorney

Siegfried Rivera has an immediate opening for an attorney in our Construction Practice. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, a minimum of 1-3 years’ litigation experience, preferably in Construction Law, with strong writing skills. A background in the Construction and Design Industry would be an asset, but not required. Responsibilities Ability to review and research applicable law, analyze cases effectively Draft and edit pleadings Attend hearings, depositions, mediations and trials Build trusting relationships with clients Meet annual billable hour requirements Qualifications JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials Admission to the FL State Bar 1-3 years of litigation experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Be proactive and a self-starter Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be an excellent team player and personable Experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, NetDocs, AIM, I-Conect, Florida Courts E-Filing Portal and PACER preferred The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.
