About the Role:

Pop-A-Lock is looking for a driven and experienced Manager to lead our Emergency Roadside Assistance operations in Brooklyn, NY. This is your chance to be the backbone of a fast-paced team that helps people every single day — when they need it most. If you thrive under pressure and love leading people, we want to hear from you! This is a management and supervisor position, but you will also need to perform roadside services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of emergency roadside assistance dispatch and field teams
• Recruit, train, and manage technicians to ensure top-tier service delivery
• Monitor response times and KPIs to maintain service excellence standards
• Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure swift, professional resolution
• Coordinate scheduling, routing, and workforce management for field staff
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and local regulations
• Manage inventory, equipment, and vendor relationships to support field operations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in roadside assistance, logistics, or field services
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
• Proficiency with dispatch software, scheduling tools, or fleet management systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure
• Android phone (no iphones) 
• Necessary tools for roadside assistance.
