• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Occupational Therapist license valid in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience working with school-age children, particularly in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in adapting and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive, and positive environment for students

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ functional strengths and challenges

• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to team decisions
