Role Overview The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) Neuro Trauma ensures high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized unit. Responsibilities Coordinate all nursing functions during shifts, including admissions, discharges, and staff scheduling. Monitor and evaluate patient care quality in collaboration with management and staff. Support a patient-first philosophy, engage in service recovery, and foster teamwork to improve outcomes. Assist with staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory control to ensure operational efficiency. Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and support nursing strategies to enhance engagement. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) with a diploma or bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 2 years of Neuro Trauma experience. Certifications: BLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (obtained within specified timeframes). Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills.
