The Fulfillment Center Associate is responsible for processing and routing incoming and outgoing mail and coordinating customer/member mailings. Supports daily mailroom activities, including scanning, printing, shipping, and mail distribution. Performs other duties as assigned. Key Accountabilities Receive, sort, process, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and shipments Scan claims, incoming mail, and other documents and route materials appropriately Complete scheduled mail runs and process outgoing mail and customer/member mailings Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging materials and creating shipping labels Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience Skills and Abilities Previous mailroom, mailing operations, or print production experience Experience with Adobe applications and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Ability to lift and move items weighing more than 50 pounds Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Ability to operate or learn mailroom, scanning, shipping, and printing equipment Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Madison, WI office 5 days per week. The full salary grade for this position is $34,100 - $48,200. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $34,100 - $42,210. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
