RN - Cardiovascular

Registered NurseResponsible for providing nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition during the perioperative phase. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team. Educate patients and families about post-operative care and recovery processes. Document all nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately. Participate in unit-based committees and professional development activities as needed.
