Job Summary: You'll play a key role in driving client success. You'll collaborate with Sales Executives and top carrier partners to secure new business and deliver exceptional service to existing clients. This is a relationship-focused role where you'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth placement of insurance solutions and building lasting partnerships that make a real impact. Full-time, on-site with hybrid options, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 | #LI-ONSITE

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of market clients for group and individual benefits.
• Conduct client needs assessments and provide strategic benefits guidance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client service, inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment, including plan updates, education, and employee support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, third-party administrators, and compliance to ensure smooth administration and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate policy documentation in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.

Position Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits, HR, or a related field
• Working knowledge of employee benefits (medical and ancillary plans)
• Illinois Life and Health Insurance License
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Strong customer focus with effective listening and follow-up skills

Pay Range: $21-$31 per hour
