Physical Therapist

Job Summary As our Physical Therapist, you will help patients rebuild or maintain their physical wellbeing so they can function at their best level, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Provide a variety of direct treatments and supervise therapy provided by assistants within scope. Assess and document progress, evaluate outcomes, and determine discharge recommendations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, families, and promote a positive customer service environment. Educate patients and caregivers on goals, home exercises, injury prevention, and treatment plans. Maintain appropriate treatment documentation. Meet patient care productivity standards and assess patient abilities and limitations. Establish treatment plans and coordinate discharge planning with patients and physicians. Qualifications Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA accredited school. Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Oregon. BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Strong age-appropriate competency skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative, patient-centered approach. Pay Range $45.04 - $67.00 /hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
