No MA certification or license is required.Training Requirements:2 full weeks of paid training (Monday–Friday) REQUIREDPosition OverviewOur Medical Assistants are responsible for providing excellent patient care and creating positive patient experiences. This role supports daily clinic and lab operations while working closely with providers, patients, and the clinic team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable with patient interaction, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.SchedulePart-time position, up to 20 hours weeklyMust be flexible with clinic hours, occasional weekends, and late hours as neededRequired availability: Monday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, Thursday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and up to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:00 AM–12:00 PMResponsibilitiesPerform manual vitalsPerform routine blood drawsAdminister intramuscular and subcutaneous injections per provider directionMaintain lab equipment, documentation of lab results, and quality controlsRun in-house labs or prepare labs for processing at outside facilities with proper ordersComplete weekly inventory, ordering, and team communicationAssist with front desk duties as neededProvide excellent patient care with a positive and professional attitudeRequirements/CertificationsPhysical proof of High School Diploma or GED requiredMedical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification preferredMinimum of 3 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist in a medical setting OR documented completion of 180 extern hoursAbility to perform venipuncture and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections preferredMust pass a criminal background checkIdeal CandidateStrong work ethicReliable and dependableSelf-starter who works well independently and as part of a teamComfortable using computers and electronic systemsEnjoys interacting with patients and providersEmployee BenefitsClosed on six major holidays to support work-life balanceTwo complimentary sets of scrubs providedExclusive employee discountCompensation: $22/hour
