Machine Operator

Location: Neenah, WI – Onsite
Pay Rate: $25.25/hr
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, approximately 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM , including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime

Job Summary

We are looking for a Machine Operator to safely operate advanced manufacturing equipment, perform quality checks, troubleshoot basic issues, and support daily production activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment safely.
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot basic mechanical or production issues.
• Perform quality checks throughout the shift.
• Maintain accurate production, waste, delay, and quality records.
• Enter and report production and quality results as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and support a strong safety culture.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or industrial experience , or equivalent military training.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts , including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb stairs and frequently bend, twist, stoop, crouch, and grip.
• Must be comfortable wearing required PPE, including hearing, eye, and toe protection.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with forklifts or industrial tractors .
• Basic mechanical or technical skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve basic problems.
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience.
