Dedicated to providing the high quality health care services to all New Yorkers with compassion, dignity and respect, regardless of immigration status or ability to pay.Opportunity Details:Growing practice with ample leadership opportunitiesNo cardiac surgery or transplant cases; occasional pediatric cases (age 2+)Team includes fellows in OB Anesthesia, Pediatric Anesthesia, Pain Management, Critical Care, and Cardiothoracic AnesthesiaCase volume: ~300–360 OR cases per monthObstetric volume: <100 deliveries per month with an ~80% labor epidural rateOff-site anesthesia locations include MRI, Interventional Radiology, and a combined Endoscopy/Bronchoscopy suite (located adjacent to the main ORs)6 main operating rooms; no office-based anesthesia or freestanding ambulatory surgery centerSupported by three dedicated Biomedical Equipment TechniciansSome solo cases; CRNA supervision model with a 1:2 ratio and all CRNAs working under supervisionQualificationsA license to practice Medicine in the State of New YorkExperience in block placement in upper and lower extremities preferred but not requiredBoard eligible or certified in AnesthesiologyWages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $421,000* (board eligible) ; $431,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated between $600,000** (board eligible) and $610,000** (board certified) which includes the baseline salary, fringe benefits, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $104,000***Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings.
