Your responsibilities include:

• Identify potential healthcare candidates leveraging our unique platform alongside your network
• Initiate contact with potential candidates to discuss MLR opportunities and assess interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Stay in touch with leads to nurture interest and assist throughout the hiring process
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Reap the rewards through commission based on meetings arranged, interviews executed, and hires resulting from your engagement

What you need for success:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An enthusiastic, self-driven attitude take charge of your day, rather than the other way around
• A passion for connecting and assisting individuals in advancing their careers
• Previous recruiting experience is not required if you are organized and resourceful, we will guide you through the rest

Compensation structure:

• Commission for each qualified meeting you coordinate
• Bonus pay for interviews resulting from your outreach
• Additional commission for net-new business generated
• Performance bonuses when placements occur from your leads
