A career at KPM simply adds up. Job Duties Manage payroll processing for multiple outsourced payroll clients, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Serve as a primary point of contact for client payroll inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Coordinate and manage new hire onboarding activities for client employees. Provide support for timekeeping systems, including troubleshooting and employee assistance. Process and upload 401(k) contribution files and other retirement plan information. Update employee payroll deductions related to benefits, including annual open enrollment changes. Track and maintain employee paid time off (PTO), vacation, sick leave, and other accrual balances. Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Reconcile and file quarterly payroll tax reports. Assist with payroll journal entries, basic QBO knowledge. Assist with other payroll and client service responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3 years payroll & bookkeeping experience. High school graduate or equivalent, college degree in related field strongly preferred. Experience providing exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving. issues in a professional and timely manner. Required Skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects. Excellent oral & written communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience with HRIS systems & administration. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Ability to work as a team player in a deadline driven environment. Attention to detail.
