Part Time Registration Clerk

Position Summary

The Registration Clerk is responsible for accurately and efficiently completing patient registration while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is essential in supporting a positive patient experience and maintaining CCMC's commitment to quality, compassionate care.

Schedule

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Primarily Monday through Friday, day shifts
• May occasionally be required to work a weekend or alternate shift to assist with coverage

Essential Qualifications

• Exemplary customer service skills with a patient-centered approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team-oriented environment
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Basic office and computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hospital or healthcare experience is preferred but not required
