Formation Bio, a tech-driven pharma company in Boston, is looking for an Associate Director, Pharmacology to shape and execute pharmacology strategy. You will contribute to preclinical pharmacology and support drug development efforts, leveraging your extensive expertise. The ideal candidate has a PhD in a relevant field and experience in preclinical pharmacology, especially with animal studies. Strong scientific judgment and collaboration skills are essential.
