Construction Project Manager

Job Overview RQ Construction is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to support field operations on active U.S. military bases in Georgia and Florida. In this role, the Project Manager will lead construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring all phases, from pre‑construction planning and design to final handover, are executed efficiently. The position is responsible for delivering projects that meet company standards for quality, budget, and schedule, while upholding RQ’s Mission, Vision, and Values. This is a fully on‑site role. Candidates based locally are strongly encouraged to apply, though relocation or travel may be necessary. Due to project requirements on military installations, U.S. citizenship is mandatory. Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary: $110,000 – $170,000 Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline required (or equivalent combination of education and professional experience) Minimum 2 years managing commercial construction projects or similar responsibilities At least 6 years of increasing responsibility within the construction field, including roles such as Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager Prior experience working in a design‑build environment is preferred Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with construction software such as Primavera P3/P6, Viewpoint, BIM platforms, or Revit is advantageous CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30 certifications required (training can be provided if needed); STS certification is a plus LEED Green Associate or Accredited Professional credentials are preferred Join RQ Construction and contribute to a team dedicated to delivering innovative, high‑quality construction projects with a strong emphasis on safety and operational performance.
