Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans. Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success of the client and family. Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines set by the BACB and PBS policies. Qualifications Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree. All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification. Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
