Hospice Care Liaison RN Compassionate Admissions
Compassus
Compassus in the United States is seeking a Hospice Clinical Liaison who embodies compassion, integrity, and teamwork to promote our care philosophy and support referral sources in matching patients with hospice services.
The role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, and 2–3 years of healthcare experience. You will educate hospital and facility partners, coordinate admissions, and help families navigate care options within Compassus' comprehensive home-based services.
