Outreach Manager – Substance Use & Adult Behavioral Health Hybrid | Full-Time | $70,000 Base | Monthly Individual Incentive | Quarterly Team Bonus About the Role You are PRC's presence in the South Florida substance use community. You build and maintain referral relationships with detox facilities, hospitals, MAT providers, therapists, primary care providers, courts, and community organizations — converting those relationships into a consistent pipeline of adults who need what we do. You own your territory independently, manage your own event calendar, and position PRC clearly and professionally across every touchpoint. This role is part relationship builder, part brand ambassador, part strategist. Backgrounds that translate well Substance Use Outreach Behavioral Health Business Development Healthcare Liaison Community Relations Treatment Marketing What You'll Do Build and independently manage a referral territory across South Florida for PRC Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and consistent follow-up with referral sources including detox facilities, hospitals, MAT clinics, outpatient providers, courts, and community organizations Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, provider meetings, lunch‑and‑learns, and professional networking opportunities Convert referral relationships into active, recurring pipelines; track and report territory activity weekly Coordinate closely with PRC's admissions team to ensure warm handoffs and timely follow‑through Identify gaps in the referral network and bring forward territory strategy recommendations Maintain same-day CRM documentation on all outreach contacts and referral activity Uphold the brand, values, and professionalism of PRC across every external interaction What We're Looking For Required 2+ years in outreach or business development specifically within a healthcare setting Proven track record independently building and managing referral or partnership pipelines Experience planning and executing community or provider‑facing events CRM proficiency — you document everything, same day Self‑directed and disciplined in the field — you manage your own territory and hold yourself accountable Strong communicator and relationship builder; professional in every setting Eligible for DCF and AHCA Level 2 background screening and drug test Preferred Established referral network within the South Florida substance use and recovery community Bilingual: English and Spanish Familiarity with levels of care in substance use treatment — detox, PHP, IOP, MAT, and step‑down planning Relationships with detox facilities, hospitals, courts, or MAT providers in South Florida Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience considered PRC is a behavioral health organization operating PHP and IOP programs across South Florida, serving adults navigating substance use and co‑occurring mental health challenges at their most critical moments — and this role builds the bridges that bring them to us. #J-18808-Ljbffr Adolescent Wellness Academy
