Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Antepartum Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Valid Michigan license required Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NCC EFM or AWHONN Must-Have: Experience in fetal monitoring Description: This position involves working in the Antepartum core. You will float to Labor and Delivery if there is a greater need. The designated shift is from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. You will be required to work 36 hours per week. There is no call requirement for this position. Every other weekend work is mandatory. You will float to the Mother-Baby unit as needed, predominantly to Labor and Delivery. Occasional floating to other departments may occur as necessary. Familiarity with the EPIC charting system is required. You must be credentialed or certified in fetal monitoring. Previous charge experience and specific patient ratio experience is preferred. References from supervisory level required. Proof of Flu vaccination must be submitted. Exemptions for vaccination can be submitted for approval.
