Effector Power Senior Test Engineer

Raytheon's Effector Analog & Power (EAP) Team is looking for an Electrical Engineer with experience in circuit card testing and troubleshooting to the component level. Location and Schedule United States – Tucson, AZ (1151 E Hermans Rd, BLDG M02) Schedule: 9/80 (every other Friday off) Relocation: Eligible Security Clearance Active DoD Secret clearance required on day 1. U.S. citizenship required. What You Will Do Perform electrical tests and troubleshoot subassemblies, assemblies, and systems for conformance to specifications. Apply theory of operation to diagnose faulty product for design, workmanship, environmental, and component defects. Participate in systems validation, test, and analysis across all integration phases. Develop and execute innovative test, verification, and validation strategies, processes, tools, and techniques to ensure customer success. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Experience with prints, schematics, sketches, and test procedures. Experience troubleshooting circuit cards at the component level. Proficient with oscilloscopes, signal generators or spectrum analyzers. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience performing ATP, DVT, and DMV engineering tests. Self‑starter, quick learner, adaptable to dynamic environments. Knowledge of programmable electronic parts including microcontrollers and FPGA’s. Strong team player with good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $86,800 - $165,200 USD (based on experience, location, and qualifications).
