Average annual earnings range from $60,000-$110,000 including base pay and uncapped performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Be the friendly voice reaching out to prospective customers.
• Create excitement, build rapport, and set quality appointments.
• Handle outbound calls with our proven methodology.
• Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly goals.
• Accurate data entry with call notes and customer information.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of sales experience; commission-based sales within the last 5 years is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to type efficiently for data entry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and openness to constructive feedback.
• Self-motivated and target driven, capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Confidence and an outgoing personality, especially over the phone.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
• Money motivated, good with multi-tasking, Experienced in objection handling.
