About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) / Perinatal Services – Texas

Start Date: October 5, 2026
Location: Corpus Christi, Texas

Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Full-Time

Highlights:

• Full-time night shift position in a dedicated perinatal services unit
• Provide care for routine and complex maternal and neonatal patients
• Utilize the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address patient and family needs
• Comprehensive orientation and preceptorship program for newly hired RNs
• Opportunity to work independently and manage clinical situations with appropriate delegation

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Texas or compact state
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring: AWHONN Intermediate or NCC C-EFM
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
• Perinatal RN Residency or recent experience in a perinatal setting preferred
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
