Are you an experienced insurance sales professional ready for your next opportunity? Do you enjoy building relationships, working toward ambitious goals, and being part of a high-performing team? Brady Paxman - State Farm Agent is looking for an experienced Account Representative to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who knows how to uncover customer needs, follow up consistently, build relationships, and close business. Our agency has grown to more than 20 team members across two North Texas locations. We offer a professional, positive, and goal-oriented environment with ongoing training, coaching, and opportunities for growth. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business through agency-provided leads, outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct needs-based conversations and present appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
- Build strong, multi-line customer relationships.
- Consistently follow up with leads, prospects, and quotes.
- Navigate objections and confidently ask for the business.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and work toward established activity, sales, and production goals.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.
- Previous insurance sales experience.
- Property & Casualty insurance license or ability to meet required licensing requirements.
- Experience working toward measurable sales or production goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence with prospecting and proactive follow-up.
- Organized, accountable, and consistent.
- Coachable and motivated to continue improving.
- Life & Health licensing, previous State Farm experience, multi-line sales experience, referral/networking success, or bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
- $42,000–$48,000 base salary + commission/bonus
