Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Account Executive at DAHP LIMITED. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, serve as a primary point of contact, and ensure client needs are understood and addressed promptly. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project updates with internal teams, preparing proposals and presentations, tracking account performance, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, monitoring contract terms, and supporting invoicing and payment follow-ups. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with operations and project management teams to ensure a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer success, preferably within construction or related industries.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with competency in CRM tools and basic office software.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret project and financial information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Previous experience working with construction projects, contractors, or property-related services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
