Automation Lead

We are looking for an experienced Automation Testing expert (10+ years) with strong hands-on experience in Selenium/Playwright and deep expertise in AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot. The role focuses on building scalable automation frameworks, driving AI adoption in test engineering, and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities Lead the adoption and implementation of GitHub Copilot for automation testing and test engineering practices. Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing. Build and maintain automation suites using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools. Write efficient test scripts using Java, Python, or JavaScript. Leverage AI tools (Copilot) for script generation, refactoring, debugging, and optimization. Define and enforce standards for AI-assisted test development and code quality governance. Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines (DevOps practices). Improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and reliability. Ensure compliance with secure coding and AI usage guidelines. Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimization of test suites. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
