Job Duties Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and sew product components. Sew cut pieces to form finished covers, ensuring proper alignment and fit. Understand material properties, including stretch and behavior during sewing. Determine efficient sewing sequences to optimize production flow. Maintain product quality throughout the production process. Read and follow process sheets and production instructions. Communicate production issues and support timely resolution. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Physical Capabilities Regularly required to sit, use hands, and perform repetitive motions.
